Here are some photos from my Canon AE-1. Everything turned out pretty well just a slight problem with the shutter release. I love the film grain and the fact that the camera's sensor is slightly dirty, that adds to the grimyness of the shots. Now I need to find a darkroom so I can develop film myself. Im unbelievably stoked about this camera and you'll be seeing a lot of photos from it in the future.

MY NEW 30 YEAR OLD CAMERA
I purchased a camera from a nice fellow via craiglist last Sunday. It's a Canon AE-1 which was manufactured sometime between 1976-1984. From what I've been able to tell mine was made in 1980 so its a ripe 30 years old now. Got a killer deal on it, in addition to the standard 50mm lens I got a 28-80mm lens, 80-200mm lens, Canon 155A speedlight and an awesome hard brown leather case for all of it. I'll be posting some photos from it soon.

Photorealistic Watercolors!?!? Not quite but pretty damn amazing anyway. Everyone has used water colors in their life and I think most of us agree that it would be almost impossible to paint something like these with watercolors. He also does some nice urban landscapes that are on his site.

WASHINGTON DC METRO SHOTS
I've been going to D.C. on fridays for the past couple weeks to take photos, and its been pretty productive. Also since I forgot my password for the Email address associated with this blog I haven't posted in a month or so. In turn I'll just post my favorites from the trips in a couple installments. These photos were taken on a Metro train or in a Metro station.
