ITS ALL BLACK AND WHITE

Got the other two rolls of film yesterday. Here's a few of them.

35MM

Finally dropped off some rolls of film to get developed. They only had one roll ready on the date they told me to come and pick them up so I'll upload the rest later. These were shot with my Canon A-1 and Fujifilm Superia X-tra 400.

OLYMPUS XA-1

I bought an XA-1 off some dude on Craigslist awhile ago, and finally a roll developed. It's a nice little point and shoot that I take with me when I don't feel like lugging one of my Canons around. First picture was taken with my Rebel and the rest are my favorites from the first roll. Enjoy. Oh and my scanner sucks sorry.

35MM IN COLOR

I got a color roll of film developed, I think they came out alright. I had to color correct these in Photoshop because of my shitty scanner giving them a blue cast. I think I'm going to lean more towards black and white with the AE-1.

Here are some photos from my Canon AE-1. Everything turned out pretty well just a slight problem with the shutter release. I love the film grain and the fact that the camera's sensor is slightly dirty, that adds to the grimyness of the shots. Now I need to find a darkroom so I can develop film myself. Im unbelievably stoked about this camera and you'll be seeing a lot of photos from it in the future.

MY NEW 30 YEAR OLD CAMERA

I purchased a camera from a nice fellow via craiglist last Sunday. It's a Canon AE-1 which was manufactured sometime between 1976-1984. From what I've been able to tell mine was made in 1980 so its a ripe 30 years old now. Got a killer deal on it, in addition to the standard 50mm lens I got a 28-80mm lens, 80-200mm lens, Canon 155A speedlight and an awesome hard brown leather case for all of it. I'll be posting some photos from it soon.
